The situation

Event hosts needed hardware on site and a guest-list tool that did not require printed cards.

The constraint

Two product lines on one brand: physical screen SKUs with daily rates, and digital invites priced by guest count.

What we refused

A hardware catalog with no invite tool. An evite clone with no logistics.

What we shipped

Screen rental catalog, digital invitation product, WhatsApp send + QR / RSVP narrative, and booking CTAs.

Stack, on purpose

TypeScript, Next.js, catalog + booking. Hardware SKU and guest list are separate objects under one event.

What changed

A host can rent a screen and run the guest list from the same operator.

What we would do next

RSVP database attached to the rental order so door staff and screens share one event record.
