What we take on.
We sell finished software and the judgment that happens before anyone opens an editor.
Product software
Web apps, SaaS products, and internal tools. The brief is an operational rule, not a superficial page list.
Marketplaces and consoles
Two-sided products, vendor tools, and the admin surfaces operators actually live in. If the dashboard is an afterthought, the marketplace fails in week three.
Commerce with logic
Catalogs, multi-channel stock, complex filters, pricing rules, and the unglamorous parts that decide if the store can scale.
Applied AI and automation
Only where a repeatable task is eating operational hours. Classification, routing, extraction, and browser automation inside an existing workflow. We will say no if a better index or a cleaner data model would do.
Defensive engineering & compliance
Secure SDLC, automated SAST/DAST scanning, pre-launch penetration testing, and statutory compliance architecture (ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, Saudi PDPL). Built to protect user data and pass enterprise vendor audits.
Scope and alignment.
What you can hire us for
- —A technical feasibility note before committing to a build
- —A phased build with fixed scope, deliverables, and ownership
- —A security architecture audit, penetration test, or compliance sprint (ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, PDPL)
- —Time-and-materials when the product definition is still evolving
- —A retainer after launch for uptime, schema growth, and operational support
What we do not sell
Staff augmentation by the hour with no accountability. A cosmetic redesign of a site that already works. An “AI strategy deck” with no working system or data pipeline behind it.
Pricing note
Fixed-price when the scope is honest. Time and materials when it is not. Retainers after the system is live in production. We put numbers on paper after we have inspected the constraint.
