Methodology · Phased Architecture
Phases you can interrupt.
Discovery is not the same invoice as build. Build is not the same invoice as launch.
01
Read the business, not the ticket
We want the unvarnished version: current tools, who touches the data, and what breaks on a busy Tuesday. We don't start with framework dogma; we map the actual bottleneck.
02
Options, with the downside attached
You get more than one technical path. Each path has cost, lock-in, and what it is bad at. You choose with the architectural tradeoffs visible upfront.
03
Contract by phase
Scope, payment, and intellectual property are contracted per phase so nobody is arguing from memory. Clean boundaries ensure aligned incentives from week one.
04
Build in the open
You see verifiable progress weekly. Founders and operators get concise updates in business language. Engineering commits and pipeline status stay transparent.
05
Handoff is part of the work
Repository, environments, credentials, and operational runbooks. Production access and final source follow the paid phase. That is how both sides stay clean and autonomous.
We keep the board simple and the conversation in one place. You will not need a new religion to work with us.
