Consultations were sold as conversations. We turned packages, session counts, and intake rules into a bookable catalog with a clear handoff.
The situation
A certified career counselor needed more than a brochure. Clients had to pick a package, understand session scope, and book without a WhatsApp thread.
The constraint
Arabic-first experience, bilingual toggle, and package rules that change by service — general advice is one session, full guidance is three.
What we refused
A calendar embed on a template landing page. A chatbot that could not enforce package constraints.
What we shipped
Service catalog, package pricing, booking flow, bilingual site, and a public profile that converts visitors into scheduled consultations.
Stack, on purpose
TypeScript, Next.js, bilingual content model, booking + WhatsApp handoff.
What changed
Packages, duration, and price now live in one record. The client books against a defined offer.
What we would do next
Attach assessment-link delivery and session notes to the same booking record.
